What is your cancellation policy?

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. If for any reason a session is canceled less than 24 hours prior, the full fee will be charged.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Do you take insurance?

Unfortunately, no. We are out-of-network for all insurances at this time and do not submit out-of-network claims or bill secondary insurances. You can read more here.

How often will I see my therapist?

This depends on your preference, your therapist’s recommendation, scheduling, and availability. Sessions are typically once a week, and treatments vary in length from weeks to months to years.

The length of your treatment will be up to you, based on your issues and goals. To ensure that your treatment remains productive, from time to time, you and your therapist will check in with each other to make sure that treatment remains focused on your goals and continues to help you move forward.
