I have been meeting with Adriane Schmitt since 2019 regularly, and she has helped me through so much from breakups to friendship problems to moving countries and new relationships. When I first met her, I could barely keep control of my emotions and come to terms with my situation. Today, my depression is very well managed and I am doing a million times better than I ever did. She always approaches each situation with compassion and understanding, and provides me with tools specific to my personality and way of approaching issues I am facing. I strongly recommend her to anybody who might be facing issues in their day-to-day lives! Adriane is always available to help and provide insight or even just be someone to rant to if that’s all you need. Would rate her over 5 stars if I could!

“If you are thinking about trying to understand yourself, resolve challenges in your life if you’re looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation, or even if you’re doing good, but you’re just ready to move in a new direction in your life I can’t think of anyone better suited to help than Adriane.
